Indian Accent, New Delhi serves a la carte & tasting menus having Modern Indian cuisine foods. These are what I had during my visit on 04/04/2024 to one of the top 1000 restaurants in the world and the #1 restaurant in India, 2023.
Cheese Naan Bites
Miniature naans with blue cheese filling. An apt and cheesy start to the meal! Also, these were complimentary.
Rating: 3.5/5

Baked Paneer
Strips of paneer topped with coriander pesto, rolled and baked. Tasted decent with the pickled baby cucumber.
Rating: 3/5

Ghee Roast Soya Boti
Soya Ghee Roast Boti served with mini rumali rotis and condiments. The costliest and the best vegetarian item on the menu here!
Rating: 4/5

Potato Sphere Chaat
Ragda chaat with crispy julienne cut potato spheres and granny smith apple slices. The cheapest and not surprisingly the weakest vegetarian item on the menu here!
Rating: 2/5

Pomegranate Masala Sorbet
Complimentary spiced pomegranate sorbet served in a miniature pressure cooker! A delicious palate cleanser.
Rating: 3.5/5

100 Layer Paneer
Thinly sliced layers of paneer on top of each other served with kohlrabi, tomato gravy and rice. It was good but it could have been better if the gravy wasn't just a very mildly spiced tomato puree!
Rating: 3.5/5

Mishti Doi Cannoli
Cannoli filled with mishti doi and served with tandoori figs. Looked and tasted great as well!
Rating: 4/5

Daulat Ki Chaat
Malaiyo presented uniquely with faux 500 rupee notes. Not as delicious as expected though!
Rating: 3.5/5
Ambiance: 4/5
Service: 4/5
Menu: 4/5
Food: 4/5
Overall Experience: 8/10
A bit disappointed with the experience, maybe because of my high expectations based on this place's ranking in the world's, Asia's, India's best restaurant lists! Nothing here was really extraordinary and none of the items could justify their price in terms of taste or uniqueness.
Location: Pragati Vihar, New Delhi
See you soon after my next trip. Cheers!
