Pandan Club, Chennai serves a la carte menu of Peranakan cuisine foods. These are what I had during my visit on 09/04/2023 to the restaurant co-founded by Masterchef Australia winner Sashi Cheliah.
Lor Bak
Spring rolls made with beancurd skin, yam, radish and five spice mix.

Kueh Pie Tee
Crispy thin pastry cups filled with a mixture of radish, fermented soy paste, cucumber and spring onion. Mildly spiced but tasted good.

Singapore Cereal Tofu
Tofu fried with cereal, bird's eye chilli and curry leaves. Delicious!

Mantou Buns
Fried variant of mantou steamed buns.

Roti Canai
Roti Canai is a pan fried flatbread. It works well with any curry!

Raw Jackfruit Buah Keluak
A curry made with blacknut or pangi paste and raw jackfruit. It was unique and delicious as well!

Pulut Tai Tai
It's a glutinous rice cake served with coconut milk, blue pea flower, gula melaka caramel and ice cream. Its sweetness was well balanced.

Singapore Ice Cream Sandwich
Condensed milk ice cream sandwiched in tricolor bread and served with soy caramel sauce. Not as good as expected though.

Craft Mocktails
Mocktails crafted uniquely with ingredients like kaffir lime, lemongrass, Indian gooseberry, holy basil, galangal, yuzu but none of them lived up to the expectations.
