These are what I tried during my trip to Chennai on 05/11/2023.

Mudakathan Uthappam

A plain uthappam, made with lesser balloon vine mixed batter. It tasted great with mint chutney.

Tofu wrapped in pandan leaves and deep fried. Delicious!

Khao Niew Sankhaya

Khao niao sangkhaya, a Thai dessert made out of pandan sticky rice, coconut custard and served with rose lychee ice cream.

Vegan Chocolate Desire

A vegan dark chocolate dessert with flourless chocolate cake! It was fantastic!
