Tofu Mole
Vegan mole with a hint of chocolate! Tasted great.

Soyrizo Potato Pambazo
Pambazo is a Mexican sandwich made with chilli sauce dipped & fried pambazo bread. This delicious variant was filled with vegan soy based chorizo and potato!

Mustard Ice Cream
Unique and weird ice cream made with mustard and served with fermented mustard & tomato salad. Too pungent for me!

Roasted sunchoke served with vegetarian XO sauce, labneh, lemon mint gremolata and sunchoke skin chips. It was alright.

Hazelnut pesto pasta with edamame and charred corn. Tasted good.

Delicious clouds of custard, hazelnut chocolate filled pastries. These beignets were just fantastic!
